I love this seafood dish because...

Why not tell us what your favourite seafood dish is and why?

I love Crayfish Mornay because when I was 18 years of age and a bit of a hick from the country, my first employer in Sydney took myself and the other girl that worked for him out for lunch at Doyles on the Bay at Mosman Park. We travelled there in an old Morgan (in immaculate condition) and I was sitting in the back which is an elevated seat. I felt like a queen and the crayfish mornay just finished the whole thing off beautifully. It was my first experience of luxury and seafood and I really enjoyed the mornay.
