- Hi there! My name is Diane, I live in Western Colorado. I am a Single Mom of two sons...who keep my busy! I am a Gospel Singer and soon-to-be Author as well! I also work for three different companies from my home...so my days get kind of crazy at times...that's why being able to make great food, without a lot of time involved is so important to me! I use the oven a lot and my slow cooker...and BBQ grill now, this time of year!
