- What are your favourite dish(es)?
- SEAFOOD!! However I am a basic cook - learnt from my childhood dishes but LOVE to experiement with all sorts of dishes/food types.

- BOTH!!
- Who is your inspiration for cooking?
- The people I cook for - their likes and dislikes. I learn sooo much from them.It makes life sooo interesting.
- If you were given 3 mins to introduction yourself, what would you say?
- I am a 53 yo Australian female, who has "itchy" feet - I love travelling and meeting people, love experiencing totally new things and lifestyles, love exploring - be it food or life and I love writing about it to share with my family and friends.
- How do you know Grace or how did you find out about this site?
- Babs and Betty, from Perth, know Grace. I wanted to meet you before leaving for the station ........ but time didn't permit. (To be honest - I got lost looking for your shop! LOL)

I'm the moderator of this site and a good friend of Grace's. If you have any questions about the site or how it all works, please feel fee to pop me a message or a comment. I'd love to hear some of your seafood recipes, as I'm a bit seafood challenged! I love eating it, but just haven't learnt how to prepare it well.
How is life up in the North? Hot I'd imagine. How do you cope being on a station? Must be an interesting and peaceful existence, but not without it's challenges. How long have you been there?
