- It's exciting and energizing to eat foods that are yummy, fresh, bright, and full of Chi! I love to teach people about all aspects of nutrition as I've come to respect the awesome power of nourishing foods as a way to heal, to recuperate, to thrive, and to slow down aging. Food wisdom and body wisdom require deep love and awareness of who we really are. I wish you a journey of discovery and awe as we travel together toward Eating For Vitality & Health.

I am helping my friend Grace to get this site off the ground. I'd appreciate anything you want to post in the way of questions, shared recipes or conversation about food. Grace is an awesome butcher and entertainer. She's got a wealth of knowledge and know-how. She's the most amazing entertainer I have ever met. Being a guest in her home is an experience that one must indulge in at least once in lifetime - see my post, "Amazing Grace, the Butcher that Bakes".
