Well our first Women Speak Out Forum transpired with a few technical hitches that had to be righted the Australian contingent unable to get onto the call for the first half of the forum. At 43 years of age, feeling a little jaded and bored with my life, I really felt in need of some "me" time, a bit of soul searching and time out to decide just what it was that I wanted to do with the next phase of my life. I hosted a brunch event in my home yesterday and all I could think on the day was that Grace would be proud of me, as I put into practice some of the things that I have learned just from observing her doing what she does so well - entertaining. I just have to share with you my weekend... Started out pretty ordinary. My kids and I, waiting around for the husband to assume childcaring detail after working til lunch time, so I could begin my big adventure.
