Grace would be proud of me!

I hosted a brunch event in my home yesterday and all I could think on the day was that Grace would be proud of me, as I put into practice some of the things that I have learned just from observing her doing what she does so well - entertaining.

We had champagne - sweet and dry, with frozen raspberries popped in there for a bit of colour and flavour. We had chicken served on a bed of lettuce and garnished with cherry tomatoes and strawberries. We also had cheese platters, dips and vegetables, and a gorgeous fruit platter prepared by my friend, Jayne.
