I love cooking so looking forward to touching base with Grace. I'm not sure about the event at your place just yet. My brothers wedding is in Bali and we are leaving very close to that date for a few weeks R and R in Bali and the wedding. As you know weddings take a lot of preparation, so I may have to pass on this one. Please let me know of future events as I would love to come. Thanks for the invite :)

Hi Hayley - I am in Brisbane but travel a lot around the State - you have done a great job on Grace's website. I keep thinking of recipes to share - garlic prawns with mango salsa plus salmon & avocado with a simple low fat sauce - will make some time over the next few days to type them out.
How do you like your steaks? When was the last time you enjoyed a good steak and what was good about it?
Do you have any questions about what to look for when you are choosing steak from the supermarket or butchers and also how to best prepare it?
