CONGRATS ON THE NEW SITE!!! I honestly do not know how you do it all, you are one amazing woman! I read Hayley's post on her weekend retreat @ your house and it sounds exactly like the loving attention you lavished on Vin & I when we visited. It sounds like you both had a ball which is great. The food on the Sun Princess was lovely, there was formal dining rooms, a buffet, a pizzarea and hamburger bar, but Vin and I spoke about it ( after having dinner @ nonnas the day we got off the boat) and agreed that the4re is no better food than a home cooked Italian meal! (especially if it's the mama, nonna or aunty cooking it), so no we'd honestly have to say the ships cooking wasn't as good as yours.
We both want to wish you all the best in this new venture. Also, can't wait to give some of your dishes a go.

Well it was a lovely surprise receiving this site address from Babs (Mum) and Betty. I have heard so much about you from them and was sorry to not have gotten to meet you before I left for Northern Territory.
I truly hope that this is a roaring success for you - and that you find time (?? LOL) to enjoy the contact you will have with many many new people.
I will be down in Perth for a few days as of the 1st July so will make another attempt at finding your shop!! Actually - being the "smart" person I am - I "knew" where the old shopping centre was so didn't bother checking with Mum and therefore spent 3/4's of an hour looking at the other end of the Forrestfield!! lol However I KNOW where it is now.........

Hi Grace - there is a real shortage of good seafood since they shut half the fishing down in the Marine Park. Had some awesome reef cod on the weekend - very simple, crumbed with some nice crispy chips and a lemon wedge - superb! Will give you a few of my best seafood recipes when I have more time - oven baked fish fillets and half shell Queensland scallops.
